About us
China Trader Online is a China wholesale supplier and sourcing partner based in Shenzhen, Guangdong — next door to Hong Kong and inside the manufacturing belt that makes most of the consumer goods sold worldwide. We source, inspect and ship promotional gifts, electronics, household goods and health and beauty items for importers, distributors, promotional distributors and online sellers, and we handle the whole chain from a first quotation to a delivered container.
What we sell
The catalogue runs to more than 66,000 items, grouped into four departments: Electronics and Electrical, Gifts and Crafts, Health and Beauty, and Household. Within each department the items are arranged by the way buyers actually shop — by material, by use, by occasion, by price band — so a single quotation can cover a whole promotion instead of one item. Everything is made in China by factories we work with directly.
How we work
One enquiry goes to one sales specialist, who stays with the order from the first e-mail to delivery. That person confirms the specification, requests the factory quotation, arranges the sample and the proof, and passes the order to inspection and shipping with the same reference. In practice this means one quotation, one specification sheet and one shipping date, which is what makes a multi-item order manageable.
Production is inspected rather than assumed. Incoming material, work in progress and the finished goods are checked against the AQL sampling system, and pre-shipment inspection is available on every order. Artwork is proofed before the press runs, so a logo is approved on paper before it is printed on the product.
Who we work with
Most of our buyers fall into one of four groups: importers building a seasonal range, promotional distributors who need a catalogue behind their corporate accounts, online sellers restocking specific lines, and chain stores that order the same specification again each year. All of them need the same thing — a supplier who can quote quickly, hold a specification stable across repeat orders and ship when promised.
Beyond sourcing
Because the factory is only part of the job, we also handle the non-core work around an order: consolidation of several factories into one shipment, export documentation, sea, air and courier transport, and after-sales support for short shipments or quality claims. Buyers who prefer to keep procurement in-house can use us for inspection and shipping only.
